If You Notice an Error in Your Order

Mistakes happen, and if there was an error in your order, such as selecting the wrong grind or quantity, please reach out, and we’ll assist you in placing a corrected order. Any associated costs will be covered by you.

If We Made a Mistake

We strive for accuracy, but on rare occasions, an incorrect grind, label, or other packing error may slip through. If this happens, please let us know, and we’ll send you the correct item at no additional cost, including shipping.

If Issues Occur During Shipping

Sometimes, things happen in transit. If your package was lost, damaged, or stolen, you have options:
-You can file a claim with the postal service if applicable.
-Or, if you’d prefer a quick solution, let us know, and we can replace the coffee. In these cases, we’ll cover the cost of the coffee, and you’ll only cover the shipping.
Note: To ensure the highest quality, we don’t accept coffee returns. If there’s an issue, reach out, and we’ll find the best way to make it right.
