Our Promise

At SoCalutch Coffee, we’re committed to delivering a smooth, premium coffee experience every time. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right.

Because coffee is a fresh, consumable product, our return policy is designed to balance quality, safety, and fairness for everyone.


Can I Return Coffee?

Due to the nature of freshly roasted coffee:

  • All coffee sales are final once shipped

  • We are unable to accept returns on opened or used coffee products

This ensures freshness, safety, and quality for all customers.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll happily offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund (case-by-case)


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.


Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to keep coffee fresh.

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase

  • Once an order enters processing or ships, cancellations are no longer guaranteed
