Fresh Coffee, Made Just for You

At SoCalutch Coffee, every order is freshly crafted — not pulled from a shelf.

Your coffee is roasted, packaged, and shipped after you place your order to ensure peak freshness and flavor. This process takes a little time, but the result is coffee that arrives exactly how it’s meant to be enjoyed.

Order Processing Time

Because each order is custom-roasted:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing includes roasting, packaging, and preparing your shipment

  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday)

Once your order is ready, it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After processing:

  • Standard shipping delivery: 1–5 business days

  • Total time to delivery: approximately 3–10 business days, depending on order timing and location

This timing ensures your coffee arrives fresh and at peak flavor.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using the most reliable option for your order, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection and packaging are based on what best protects your coffee during transit.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Some orders may briefly show a “pre-shipment” status while being prepared for carrier pickup

  • This is normal during the roast-to-order process

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders quickly to preserve freshness.

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase

  • Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled

International Shipping

International shipping is available.

Please be aware:

  • International delivery times vary and can be extended due to customs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer

  • International orders cannot be guaranteed and are non-refundable

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk or wholesale orders are shipped with care; however, responsibility for the product transfers once it leaves our facility.
